Pok�mon Emerald Help ?

I've been playing Emerald for a while on my android phone, and I am currently stuck. I have 3 gym badges and My Pok�mon twice and is on level 36. I have no gogoggles and my path to the ski-lift is being concealed by those magma people. I Cannot get to Mount Chimny To Battle the Aquas And Magmas . I have rocksmash already and I hage an unused stregnth. Help !
