Good soap or body wash for men who get extremely dirty at work?

My boyfriend works in metal fabrication. He does welding as well as painting so he will come home covered in paint, grease, and rust from head to toe. Lava and Gojo soap are just meant for hands and maybe the arms, not the whole body. Does anyone have any recommendations or know of any good soaps or body washes to help get him clean? Thanks!
