Looking for an oooooold game?

So there was this game, right? This point-and-click, third-person puzzle-adventure. You were this guy after a witch who did something to your parents (killed them, spirited them away, something like that). You went down through these different worlds, each with their own theme (magma, tiny people, a ruler in these mountain cave things, and finally the witch was at the end of a void-ish thingy) and had to solve a grand puzzle that involved twisting panels and such. I know this isn't much to go on, but I've been wondering for YEARS what it was. Help?
