If a hole was dug through the whole Earth, why wouldn't we exit at Australia upside down?

suppose the center of the earth is hollow.......if u jump u will fall at 9.8 m/s2 . ....speed will be max when reach at core....but again will be slowed down when reaching other end......then u will be pulled back again towards the core due to magnet........this will continue forever and will never end ....and u will never reach to the surface either side.......
